“Our experience at this hotel was perfect. This hotel is located in Alex west which is just the perfect distance away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. I went to L2 around 19:30 on the first night and found no one. I asked the front desk on the 1F and they said they would let L2 contact me, but no one contacted me. The next day around 19:00, I went to the front desk again to ask if no one contacted me yesterday, can I arrange it today? The front desk said that the people in this department had already left work... Until today when I left the hotel, it was still not arranged. Is this also part of the hotel's income? Why does no one care about this business? I have stayed in many Hilton hotels around the world, and this is the first time I have encountered such a situation."
