“The hotel is very good the room is clean and its location is excellent , but i called room service to turn on the air conditioner because it was not working in the room and it was very hot in the room. I was informed that the problem would be solved and someone would be sent to fix it, but no was sent. I called room service several times without result.”

Olumsuz: •Otelde üç gece kaldık. İki günün sabahında da odada sıcak su kullanamadık. Muhtemelen geçici bir sorundur ama bizi biraz zorladı. •Perşembe günleri otelin pubında müzik çalıyor ve gece biraz gürültülü geçebiliyor. Sonuç olarak gayet memnun kaldığımız, fiyat/performans olarak……
