“This is a fantastic hotel! Our stay has been a great experience. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure anything we needed was provided.
This hotel may be my destination of choice when I am in Amman.”
“I enjoyed my stay at the Ambassador Hotel. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
However, one thing was a bit disturbing: the loud music from the evening parties. Unfortunately, the noise made it difficult for me to sleep. I hope the hotel can take steps to manage the noise levels, especially during late hours, so that guests can enjoy a more peaceful and comfortable stay..”
“One of the bath towels was previously used and had what it appeared to be coffee stains or human feced.? I went to the reception and showed it to the staff and their reaction was “we will bring you a clean towel”.”
