“The house was a perfect location, easy walk to the beach, supermarket and restaurants and a short taxi into the city center. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed.”

“Everything was good. The appartment is a little old in some places and does require a bit of maintenance, mainly in the bathrooms. The water heater was not allowing us all to shower. We had to wait 30-60 minutes between showers to have hot water. In an appartment for 4 people this is a bit weird and annoying.”

“Location is fantastic. Unit is easily locatable and easily accessible to/from Valencia. Management company is quick to respond and helpful. Interior of unit is very usable and patios are relaxing. Unfortunately, some of the items in the interior need some attention, like the bath in the ensuite: where caulking causes leaking and drainage is slow, and a kitchen door needing to be reinstalled; which cost an afternoon of waiting for repair.
