The Penthouse Miami is a stunning apartment with a private pool, enjoying a privileged location in the Montechoro area, 10 minutes walking distance from the famous Oura Street in Albufeira.



This fantastic 4-bedroom apartment, located on the 13th floor with elevator and stair access, offers free internet and air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and there is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a service bathroom.



The kitchen is modern and equipped with all necessary utensils to prepare your meals and enjoy them in the dining area, featuring the impressive view provided by large windows. Access to the upper floors is via a spiral staircase, offering an incredible view of the city and the sea.



On the upper floor, you will find an extraordinary balcony, an outdoor space where you can enjoy the stunning view of the city and the sea.



The fantastic, imposing upper terrace features a private pool, a dining area with a barbecue, perfect for spending quality time with family and friends during an outdoor meal, with a panoramic view of the city and beyond.



The Penthouse Miami is located in a magnificent complex with an outdoor (common) pool and a smaller one for children, with well-maintained and charming gardens.



Due to its location in the Montechoro area of Albufeira, this apartment is a short distance from all the necessary amenities for unforgettable holidays, such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, shops, bars, banks, golden sand beaches, golf, water sports, and boat trips.



It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the reservation to confirm if your dates can be accepted.



The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation handling, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 8 people.

The 9th person will be charged an additional value that includes an extra bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
