This home is conveniently located only 3 minutes from a fitness center and 5 minutes from shopping. Inside, you’ll find 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, open-concept living and dining room with granite counter tops and a gas fireplace in the living room.

When the sun’s shining, soak up the rays in the incredible outdoor area. A covered dining area, sun loungers by sparkling swimming pool, and all of it framed by a view of the Sandia Mountains.

Could not be happier — view of balloon park and mountain — quiet safe area - property situated in such a way that although neighbors are close you have pretty much complete privacy —- with wide open sky —- pool / hot-tub and throughout the house everything you need // very clean. — and to top it off shopping is just 10 minutes away ! A perfect vacation.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay at this property a great deal. The pool hot tub area is fantastic and that was the main reason why we booked. Very close to shopping - Target is only 2 minutes away and the grocery store is about 5. Also located well for all of the tourist spots - everything was about 20 minutes away in any direction.

The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It has a great view of the city and mountains from the pool area. Tourist attractions are easy to get to. The house was clean and as described in the listing. We would stay here again if traveling in the Albuquerque area.

Absolutely incredible!

We had a great time in this beautiful house. It felt like home! The communication leading up to and during the rental was phenomenal! We could watch the balloons at sunrise over the mountains. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Great House

The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool! The kitchen was well stocked and were able to cook several meals at the house. Very pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

Worth it

The property was centrally located for the reason we came. Everything was as advertised. I would recommend a Roku player for the TV. We could not watch anything as a subcription was required on Infinity. Very frustrating but easily solved. Basic Roku would allow renters to enter their sign in on whatever streaming app that prefer.

Family get away.

Six people, 3 generations. Family vacation. The home was very clean and comfortable. Just like the pictures on VRBO. The pool, covered patio, and huge outdoor dining table provided perfect place to gather and enjoy.

Christmas Getaway

Excellent property in a great, quiet neighborhood! The house was very clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The views and hot tub were amazing and enjoyed by all! The pool table was an added bonus! The hostess was quick to answer any questions that we had. Staycation Fun

My family and I are return guests. We find Rosie's property to be a perfect place for our family to unwind and relax. The house is lovely, immaculate, and the private pool is the piece de resistance. The location is excellent: near many restaurants, etc., yet the neighborhood is quiet. Thank you Rosie.

Great location

Beautiful home and hot tub great. I wish it would have been warm enough to try the pool. We were able to sit outside some. The fireplace was nice as well. Wish there was ice. Primary bedroom had very comfortable bed. Plenty of room for a family although just 2 of us. The neighborhood was quiet and didn’t need to use our car during our stay. The river is close too. We would love to stay longer next time. Maybe more instructions would be helpful for tv, thermostat and fireplace but Rosie very helpful.

Amazing home!

If I could give this property more stars, I would. Very clean home, pool was super fun, neighborhood is quiet and friendly, great communication with property owner…. I could go on and on. We ended up needing to stay longer than expected and Rosie was very understanding and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Fabulous Property

I came home to ABQ. after being gone for 5 years with only short visits. This house made me feel like I was home again. My grandchildren and my daughter loved the pool and hot tub. It was centrally located to everything. The home was nicely appointed with everything to make homemade meals, plus a grill! The owner sent videos about the running of the pool and hot tub. She was very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend this property. Plus, the city and Mountain Views were perfect!
