This comfortable unit is located in the heart of Albury, 300m from Dean St and the Botanic Gardens. It is in a quiet street, in a private complex.
The unit is cosy with a combined lounge and dining area, a galley style modern and functional kitchen, a bathroom with laundry, and a good sized queen bedroom.
There is a split system air conditioner in the bedroom and ceiling fans to ensure year round comfort, a garage and front courtyard.
