“We stayed in this lovely newer open-concept home for 4 nights/5 days for a recent wedding. Communication was friendly and immediate. We used only one bedroom which has a private bathroom with tub/shower combo but there is a second bedroom with 2 bunks for 4 more people with a full bath. Plenty of seating at the kitchen island and dining room table. Everything we needed was supplied in the kitchen (pots/pans/cooking utensils) and everything was super clean! The living area was spacious and full……

“Memorable stay in this historic place! Would definitely book again!”

“We traveled into town for a student session and were so grateful to find "Close Quarters", especially since we didn’t want our student having to travel upwards of 45 minutes to an hour to the nearest hotel with a conference room. This space was the perfect solution. We had a wonderful experience at "Close Quarters", the charming one-bedroom studio located in the historic First National Bank right on the town square. It fit our purpose perfectly. We used the space for a small student session, and……

“Great place, will stay again!”

“This charming farmhouse was the perfect spot for our July 4th vacation. It's very clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful and well kept. I will be renting this again for future stays near Lake Wedowee.”

“I wanted to tell the host privately but our messages were gone. The place looks clean and neat when you come in. The deeper cleaning needs done. One of the guests dropped something and it went under the bed. There was an inch thick of dust under the beds. One room had a bunch of dusty lumber under it. The stove only had 2 back burners working and the refrigerator had water coming out on the floor. The sides of the washer and dryer were thick with dust and a sock or 2 from previous guests. The……

“Beautiful home in a great location! We absolutely loved it. House is immaculate and very well appointed. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. We will definitely be booking this home again!”

“We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean. The host provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location if you are attending an Auburn game. Picked up a fabulous breakfast at Wild Flour Bakery that is within walking distance of the property and brought it back to sit on the front porch. I would highly recommend this property.”

“A lovely pet friendly property right on the lake. Really a great find at a great price. Our host was super super helpful and friendly. You have beautiful views of the lake from inside and outside on the deck. This is the time of year for mosquitoes so be sure to bring spray even though the host has some along with various sunscreens. Kitchen has everything you need for any type of food or drink. We were here for 5 days and loved every second of it. What a gem of a cabin. We will be back for……
