"Wonderful property surrounded by forest. It was a lovely, cute and peaceful place to stay in the fall. We explored Arrowhead Provincial Park and Huntsville during the day and enjoyed campfires by the cabin at night!"

Lots of amenities and we enjoyed sitting in the sauna and hot tub after a long day of hiking. I highly recommend Kuro at Paint Lake. I would go here again. "

"The place was spotless and the location was great. Unfortunately, the mattresses for the bunk beds were thin so my daughter didn’t sleep very well. There were a few other small things that could be improved such as replacing the toaster with one that works and fixing the toilet paper holder in the bathroom.But the host was responsive when I messaged that the door entry code didn’t come through."

"The perfect place to make the most of a wet and cold long weekend! Excellent location for exploring the surrounding towns while also getting away from everything at a very private retreat. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!"

"This is an absolutely beautiful two-story cottage with everything you need for a short or long-term stay. Nestled into the woods but close to the area's attractions, trails and the town of Haliburton - it's a peaceful break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cottage itself is tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds, a full kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a washer and dryer, barbeque and beautiful views into the forest. All in all, I would highly recommend and hope to return...
