“The listing pictures don't do it justice. It was better in person!”

“My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pool and the game room were the perfect amenities we were looking for. Will absolutely be back soon!!”

“Loved the neighborhood. Comfy bed, super receptive host. Thank you”

“Overall we had a very nice time. Unfortunately we did encounter an issue with the refrigerator and did report it to the host's father in law. The basement bathroom floor had quite a bit of hair on it and the main area of the basement didn't look like it had been vacuumed. It appeared the pool hadn't been cleaned recently as there were leaves and debris in the pool and the pool filter was full of leaves and debris as well.”

“Loved the tiger theme. This bungalow was conveniently located in an historic neighborhood, only 16-20 minutes from the state fair. I wish my sister had come with her dog because the place was well-adapted for traveling pups!”

Contacted host and service was rendered within an hour. Noticed that in the laundry room there were towels in the dryer and a basket with dirty towels sitting nearby. Also a basket of……

I notified the host immediately and they were very apologetic and made it clear that they would address this with their cleaning provider. Other than that, it was a very nice space close to downtown and I had great help and communication with the host.”

“We arrived after check in time to find the property not properly cleaned. There were dirty dishes put back in the cabinets, toothpaste in the sink and on the mirror, sheets not on one of the beds and dead bugs on the floor among other things. Requested the unit be cleaned that evening as we were uncomfortable staying there in that condition. The manager called me and said their cleaning crew couldn’t come out and offered to refund the cleaning fee. Found that unacceptable and requested a full……
