This charming independent villa is located in Capilungo, just 750 meters from the sea. The property is perfect for a vacation with family or friends, thanks to its capacity to accommodate up to 6 people.The house consists of a dining room with full kitchen and sofa bed, air conditioned to ensure maximum comfort at any time of the day. The double bedroom is also air conditioned and has two extra single beds, perfect for children or for hosting friends. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and offers all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.The lush and well-kept garden is a real oasis of tranquility, perfect for relaxing in the cool shade of the many trees. The veranda equipped with outdoor furniture, gazebo and barbecue allows you to organize outdoor lunches and dinners, enjoying the climate and sea air of the Ionian coast. In addition, the villa has a washing machine and a comfortable outdoor shower.Finally, the house offers several parking spaces, in order to guarantee maximum comfort to guests who wish to travel by car to discover the beauty of Salento.
