“Clean rooms, some loose construction materials and broken accessories ie the towel holder for the bathroom was broken and the bar and the hardware was on the window sill in the leaving room. Loose screws ontop of the fridge. And more construction materials in the cabinets

“This place was... underwhelming. We were grateful for the air conditioning that worked really well and a comfortable bed. However, the place could use a deep cleaning and fresh paint, and we were concerned by the lack of mattress protector on the bed, mildew on the shower curtain, and what appeared to be a mouse dropping on one of the chairs.
The host was very responsive with information at booking and for check in, and it was nice to have a separate entrance.”

“There was a bit of difficulty initially getting into the home. However, after speaking to Lenny, she was able to reset the lock code, for my family of 5 to enter, within 10 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and Lenny was very responsive to all communication. Her home was comfortable and clean. I would recommend her home to any family staying in Barrie. Thank you Lenny!”

“Its a quiet neighborhood, place was clean, bed is very comfortable. The pull out couch for sleeping is not that great. My daughter's didnt get a good sleep as they felt the metal parts of the couch. I checked to see and yeah not that great.
Everything else is good. There is a dishwasher, keurig, stove, microwave, fridge. Oh and its nice and cool! Great for the summer heat.”
