“The property is lovely and the views are spectacular. Easy walk to restaurants and the beach. The only thing to note is that pool access to the gorgeous pool in the pictures is very expensive (200 per day for our family of 5). That needs to be highlighted. ”

“The Villa is perfectly proportioned, rooms are a good size, bathrooms and kitchen modern and lunge/main bedrooms have AC. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The BBQ area is well positioned adjacent to the kitchen and pool and the pool itself is clean and warm. Nice garden and furniture to sit on around the pool and privacy all around the Villa. Great location near the old village - 5 mins walk away, or quick 7 mins drive into Vilamoura centre. The Villa had everything we needed and has good security……

“I can not wait to return to this villa! From the moment I made the booking, the communication with the owner was first class. The villa is even better in the flesh and has absolutely everything you need, we were especially impressed with all the kitchen equipment. The cleaner coming everyday was unexpected but fabulous and the ladies were so friendly. We had a grocery delivery which arrived before we did and the maids put everything away for us, little touches like this really made our stay……

“The villa was so spacious with a fantastic outdoor area. The pool was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. Carlos was there to greet us and was very helpful half way through when I asked him a question. We definitely stay again. ”

“We have just returned from a fantastic 10 night stay in Villa Verde. The pictures do not do this beautiful home justice. The location is perfect and within 10 minute walk from Old Village or just a short uber ride from the Marina. The villa is much bigger than the pictures depict and was well equipped with everything we needed. The pool and garden area is spectacular and we spent many days lazing around the pool and dining outdoors. It’s extremely private and it really does offer a relaxing……

“DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA, the property was not usable. The pool pump not working, scummy water in the pool, flies/fleas in every room, snails on toilet seats, live exposed wires on the fuseboard and lights. Very, very unhelpful property management company, no morals whatsover and happy to leave us staying at an unsuitable villa and refused a refund despite all of these issues and more! ”
