“Our problems began at check-in. There was no staff available to assist us, and we were left running from pillar to post trying to find parking even though they charged 35 chf per night for parking. It was 4 blocks away and Was hard to locate the apartment, and figure out how to gain access. After a long journey, this was extremely frustrating and stressful.

“There was a suite flat above a restaurant, and the smell of food could be felt throughout the unit and was annoying. During the day, the suite was like a steam sauna because it was all windows and above the roof. Despite two small air conditioners and a fan, it was unbearable.
