I stayed 2 nights, after the first night I stopped at the desk and requested some fresh towels and for the trash to be emptied as it contained carry out from the previous night. After an extremely long and tiring day I returned to the room only to discover nothing had been done, wet towels were still on the bathroom floor,……

“The smoke detectors were hanging from the ceiling and maybe didn’t work, the toliet was loose and when you sat on it it sifted, the peep hole was blocked with toliet paper because it was broken, the water for a shower was lukewarm and didn’t get hot, the TV wasn’t working properly and we had to work for a while to get it to work and the manger was not at the desk when I went to complain and the phone in the room was broken. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!!”
