All bathrooms are furnished with premium towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and all necessary toiletries to cater to your daily requirements seamlessly.

Experience the convenience of an outdoor infrared Tec grill located under the covered patio, perfect for alfresco dining.

Take advantage of the spacious parking available in the 2-car garage and large driveway.

24/7 Self Check-in with smart lock for effortless access to the home. You will have access to the entire house except for a couple of hall closets and the attic.

I am available through the app and my cell phone to answer any questions or requests you may have during your stay here. My cell phone is in the guest book in the house. Please message or call me if you have any issues at all.

This house is located on a quiet and peaceful street. It`s set between two 18 hole golf courses in a fantastic location and only 7 minutes from the medical district, grocery stores, restaurants and 10 minutes from the night life of downtown Amarillo.

Great location and easy to get anywhere. There is a large driveway and a two car garage for parking.

You are staying on the north side of town. You are within 7 minutes of the hospitals and medical district, 5 minutes from several restaurants and grocery stores and only 40 minutes away from Palo Duro Canyon.

The house also has a whole house water softener as well has a whole house water filter for a spa like showering and bathing experience.
NO PETS. Pets are not allowed: There are no pets allowed on the Property. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, you will be fined $100 per day as well as any additional cleaning charges. Service animals will be allowed as required by law, subject to our policies.

PARTIES
Absolutely no parties without prior consent. This has become a very touchy subject with the city of Amarillo.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours begin at 9 p.m. every night and end at 9 a.m. every morning. Please consider the neighbors and be nice.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in its immediate surroundings.

TRASH
Please bag all trash and place in the large bin in the garage. Trash collection happens every Tuesday and Friday around noon. If you happen to have a lot of trash, you can roll the large green bin in the garage to the curb Tuesday or Friday morning. Just make sure the bin is in the street against the curb and not on the sidewalk.

PARKING
For your safety, please park your vehicles in the garage. There is a garage door opener on the counter just inside the laundry that will open the garage door.

CHECKOUT
Checkout is 10am. Please make sure you have all your stuff and logout of any streaming apps you may have logged in with on the TVs. And if you would start the dishwasher, that would be a huge help for us! We will handle the rest!
