“No air conditioner in the room, we had to open the windows and sleep wi the outside trafic noises. The room is very small and cluster. The building is modern, located near to parking lot and the Mercadona market. The staff was very helpful and a laundry area was available in the same floor of the room what is a plus.”

“The place is way beyond our expectations. It truly has notable character and somewhere I would prefer to “gate-keep” from others by not leaving a review to tell others about how much we enjoyed it. However, I had to leave a review because Susana and the staff at this property were above and beyond. The property is extremely clean and well-maintained, plus it is very original and has great uniqueness. The area is peaceful and quiet, and promotes a great experience just outside of Santiago. The……

“I have always given great reviews for travel stays if well deserved, but in this case I have to say….
In retrospect it was a very beautiful hotel but a disappointing experience because the staff did not address my concerns in a timely manner & questioned the facts about my complaint. I was getting bitten by bugs in the room we stayed in over the course of the three days of stay & they determined that they were not to be considered at fault. So I can not in good conscience give this hotel a……
