“Excellent”

“Did not receive the room that I booked through website. Booked two beds and only received one. Room was also handicap accessible which had bench in tub so was not able to use the tub after a long day of driving. The breakfast was just blah and definitely nothing special. Whirlpool would turn off it seemed after 5 minutes and it was extremely annoying to have to get out so often to turn back on. Room was hot on first arrival and took about 2 hours to come down to temperature and the carpet……

“Hotel was clean and pool and hot tub were maintained. The breakfast was good and the staff were attentive. The only issue we had was when we went to shut the room darkening shade there was none so we had lights coming in all night. They did have a nice maintenance card that I completed and left when we checked out.”

“The room was not clean. Broken curtains and rods. Crooked lamp shades. Not clean looking at all. Not nice bedding and untidy. No housekeeping. Had to use all wet towels the second day nor did they tidy up the bed. Breakfast was not good. I will not recommend or go back there. Could not understand people working the desk. I most likely would have left but the cost was not refundable. I would not expect this at a Best Western.”

“人員很友善，飯店很乾淨，很棒！”

“My family and I were in the area for a cross-country event. Our suite was clean and spacious with two bathrooms. My kids had fun swimming in their large pool. My only complaint really is that there was not much of a selection for the continental breakfast. Just cereal and waffles, but their a KwikTrip across the street with great selections. If your in the area try Tulum mexican restaurant. Lots of food for a fair price.”

“Very clean, nice house on a private lot. The address needs updated on Vrbo”

“I dont like the non person registration. I would like a real person behind the desk The fan in our bathroom was making noise all night . Room was clean. Breakfast was not up to the standards of other motels we have stayed in.”

“Very nice place. Nice to have the restaurant across from hotel. Restaurant is awesome. Great food.”

“I was told Breakfast was only during the week when I arrived and it was also served on the weekends. My room was dirty and the beds had looked slept on. The bathroom was also dirty upon arrival.”

“Everything was good except shower wasn’t very good with water pressure”

“其实酒店还是不错的，美国酒店通常的配置都有，King床很舒服，甚至还有冰箱、微波炉，很好，前台也很热情！只是第一次出国，美国酒店居然都没有拖鞋、没有可饮用的热水，而淋浴头也不能取下，稍稍感觉有些不习惯。”

“They gave us an occupied room, didn't tell the person renting the room that they gave us, switched our room to a different one that was a downgrade. It looked nothing like the pictures and was overall disgusting. The staff was rude and gave weird looks and the manager was unhelpful in making due with the mistakes they made.”

“Great location and excellent hospitality. Hope to return soon!”

“Staff were friendly, room was clean. The pool and fitness room were good. Overall, well maintained property. Breakfast was average for a complimentary service that you would get at other hotels.”
