They double booked my room the night of my stay after having a prepaid reservation for multiple nights. They really should have known better because we were staying with friends who had checked in the night before and they told them we were coming and confirmed our reservation. We checked in after doing disneyland for the day late at night because we arrived and had to leave before they would let us check in, though we told them we arrived, and when we came back around midnight, they had sold our room to somebody else! We were prepaid and reserved for 2 nights and they thought because we hadnt checked in by midnight that they could sell it to somebody else and thats what they did. The only option was to move to a less desirebale room with a smaller bed plus some bunk beds we didnt want or need and they called it an "upgrade" lol. The nerve. It's too bad because it was otherwise a well upgraded motel type place close to disneyland. Just make sure you tell them not to try to double book your room if you plan to check in late.

Missing park spots/ when we got back no parking available, I needed street parking, just a suggestion not to offend, curtains no totally private, I could see inside the rooms if light was on, maybe need a cloth curtain or a dark shade on the glass

Our experience at the inn was excellent! Recently stayed with my little family after a full Disney day. Raj, at the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure we felt accommodated. He even upgraded our stay because it was my husband's birthday, such a great surprise. And because we had our baby and toddler, he helped us bring our belongings to the room! The renovations and decor are beautifully done and the room was spacious and cozy. Wifi was also strong. Will stay here again in the future!

Stayed here for one night. Nice hotel. Cool upgrades in the room. Shower was very nice. The area is kind of shady. Lots of bums by the liquor store in front. There was also a barn door leading to the bathroom that only my husband could open and close because it was so heavy and hard for me or my kids to do. But all in all a nice place. The man at check in was very nice and helpful.
