“First and foremost, pay attention to their uncompromising cancellation and change policy! They do not budge. Also, the "no outside food" policy is ridiculous. While you can easily go to other restaurants outside of the grounds, (which are substantially cheaper!) The pricing for drinks and most food is "resort" pricing and rather skewed for the area. We actually had two rooms, the first during a business conference and the second because we stayed longer for a holiday. The first room over looked……

“We chose this hotel for its peaceful location and convenient distance from both airports, which worked well for us as a family. However, the actual stay was underwhelming. The Wi-Fi was consistently weak, making it difficult to stay connected. More importantly, the service was quite poor; we had to call the front desk multiple times just to get basic items like towels, as there was no proactive housekeeping.
