不满意：清洁度
We got ripped off. This was a dangerous place to stay for children and pets and the pet urine smell was atrocious. Absolutely noxious and we could not stay the night.We found small objects within reach of toddlers. Screws left on the low window sills in the living room for example. Cleaning people need to get paid more or find new ones. Hands got dirty just from opening windows. The pictures do not represent the place well. Loose wiring hanging around the front door and in the living room. No furniture on back deck. Years worth of overgrowth everywhere especially the front windows. Maintenance and upkeep looks like something a high schooler would do. I.e. painted around handrails leaving old color showing where roller would not fit. It goes on. Email shortly before arrival said that they had replaced the living room furniture that could seat 12, but it was really half that.The smell of pet urine hit us in the face upon entry and permeated the entire house. Good thing the carpet is so threadbare, because it needs to be replaced badly. Between that and the generally cleanliness allergies were triggered in a few of us not normally bothered by it. We were told that we would get a refund and the 5-7 days. That came and went days ago. Management was slow to respond to communications. So, no meaningful help from the property manager, that's right, a company. We saw that on several places in the area.
