“The property listing needs clearer and more accurate details to set proper expectations. The provided address led us in circles to unrelated private properties, and it would help to note that the cabin is located at the very back of an RV park. The listing described it as a 2-bedroom, 1-bath with a sofa bed, but it is actually a studio setup with one bed and a sofa bed. The bathrooms are in a separate building and require quarters to use the showers. This could be a nice stay for the right……

“We loved our stay at Pheasant Run!! The host Teri was so great with communication, and the space was perfect!!!! Hidden little gem!! We have family in the same area and this is where we will stay from now on when we come to town!!! The price and everything is perfect!!!! Thank you Teri”

“This home was cozy and relaxing. The windows frame tall trees and blue skies. I can’t think of a better place to wake up in the morning. The kitchen was well set up for travelers with a large center island that helped us to organize the stuff we brought with us.It’s a very livable little home. We were three people, a couple and one single person. We were very comfortable here. We visited Fremont Indian State Park today. We had breakfast at Big Bear Diner in Richfield with some relatives in the……

“Cozy Cottage was absolutely amazing! It is huge—the pictures truly do not do it justice. The location is perfect, with beautiful scenery all around. The hosts were so kind and accommodating without ever being overbearing. The entire stay felt comfortable, peaceful, and genuinely like home. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“Our stay in the Richfield home was excellent. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the big yard and large open basement room were fantastic for the kids. The home is well located to shopping and recreation in the area. We very much enjoyed our stay there and made a lot of new family memories.”

“Great experience.”

“Great remodeled home that was clean and private.”

“Perfect place”

“What an awesome get away! The cabin and property has so much charm! Our kids loved the playground, and the nearby reservoir provided plenty of opportunity for fishing.”

“This was a nice size, with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and beautiful yard and patio space. We appreciated the large dining room table, the neat and abundant closet space, and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The views alone were enough to have me ready to move to Utah.It was more dusty than we would've expected and the sinks and showers did not drain well. We also struggled with the tiny freezer space as we had lots of frozen food at this point in our roadtrip.”
