"The hotel has asked us to send us a taxi to pick up with lower price but it didn't come. We called and waited for 20 min for it, when it came the driver did not help at all for the luggage and parked outside the port so we had to carry all heavy luggages a long way. "A very warm welcome with cool towels and a popsicle. Rooms are stocked with 2 espresso pods each day which was appreciated. Air con in room never went below 23 degrees which was disappointing. Main pool is very nice, with plenty of cabanas, lounge beds, chairs, and an outdoor shower. Pool side service could use some work; staff does not come by to take orders. Gym is good with nicely appointed equipment. Breakfast spread is very nice but not enough bug fans to go around. "
