“Bellissima esperienza”

“The inside of the condo is fine / recently updated and staff very friendly and helpful. BUT the condo had not been cleaned properly - previous guest's toothbrush and other items were still in bathroom. The outside is just UGLY and the condo is WAY TOO FAR from the beach. Have to drive at least 5 mins to any amenities and the beach. Jolly Harbour is OK...but would not recommend staying there if you are not needing harbor access ”

“We were at Shell Villa for 9 days with some friends and our infant son. The highlight of this property is its location and its views! Every day you get greeted with some amazing views of either Montserrat or the many sailboats that cruise through. David & Jenny were super communicative and provided us with copious amounts of information to prepare us for a seamless stay. Once on the ground,Clare and Nath were amazing local contacts who went above the call of duty to ensure a memorable stay.……

“With less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 3 minute walk to the local grocery store the location of this villa was fantastic. The lush plants and garden are what really separate this villa from the others nearby as you feel totally secluded and honestly with the gigantic pool, enormous deck and all of the seating areas on the deck it made it hard for our family to actually leave the villa!”

“First impressions- a lovely villa. My experience in this villa was ok. One thing i would say is, it’s FAR! if you don’t mind staying at the villa then it’s fine. So you Do need a car to get around. At night driving to the villa, you have to be weary of the roads as the drivers can be reckless. I communicated with Necole and Tewana who are very lovely people (mother and daughter). “We had a wonderful vacation with our family! The separate accommodations were perfect for our set up (in-laws and teenagers). The location is beautiful with amazing views every day regardless of weather. The hillside spot provides cooling cross winds all day that also help keep the evening bugs at bay. “There were a number of issues with this property. First it was not the property shown in the Expedia photo, nor was it in the location indicated on Expedia. Second, there was no remote control for the air conditioner unit in the main living area downstairs so it could not be turned on. Due to the extreme heat outside the two units in the upstairs bedrooms struggled to cool those rooms, and the whole unit was very uncomfortable to be in. Third, the customer service was appalling. “This Villa was the epitome of beauty and comfort Clean, spacious, equipped with all the amenities for a family or group needs. The pool is wonderful! Water is therapeutically warm and refreshing overlooking the harbor. Staff is friendly and was attentive to our needs Even though we traveled for a sad occasion, The Villa made it soothing. “Beautiful remote location overlooking a lagoon. The property is idylic. Well appointed and has everything you need for a chilled out holiday, comfy beds, outdoor dining, barbecue and lovely pool. Amazing sunsets.Hosts are superb and will take good care of you on arrival etc. Can't recommend enough. You need a car to go places and see the island.”

“Communication with management was easy and we were greeted when we arrived and given a tour including how to work the gate to the property, appliances, AC units and everything in between. The photos online do not do this property justice, it is gorgeous! The large living area opens with sliding glass doors on two sides on the balcony with seating and dining area, pool and view of Jolly Harbor. We had access to a pizza oven and grill as well as a full kitchen. There are 2 large bedrooms upstairs,……

“This was our second stay at Yorie's property and it was a replication of our first....lovely, comfortable, clean, convenient, relaxing. Perfect! We will come again.”

“The property is very tired and there were no pantry items not even salt and pepper. There was no phone for local calls, the tumble drier was broken and according to the cleaner had been waiting repair for a long time. Towels were clean but most were heavily stained and we had to ask for toilet rolls which were not replenished. The villa had not been cleaned, despite Covid regulations, before our arrival due to the managing agent Simone directing our taxi driver to the wrong property. We had……

“The property was amazing, although sort of off the beaten path…but that’s not even a problem with having a driver available anytime. The house was spectacular and Lou (owner) was always a call away, willing to help, pick up groceries, drinks, whatever. The house is probably better than the pictures online. And the pool was a great size! Would recommend The Carib House, and Lou, to anyone.”
