“This was a disappointing stay, and the poor service made it worse. At Scores restaurant, we asked for a menu and the waiter simply pointed toward the corner instead of helping us. Several staff members seemed bothered by basic requests. We also felt that Black guests were not treated as warmly as white guests. One female security guard was particularly rude and spoke about us while standing right beside us. When we contacted the Expedia representative whose number we had been given, it took……

“Omg when I say this resort makes you want to stay forever I mean that. Literally ALL THE STAFF were nice and helpful, food was so good, and views from our room was amazing! The resort was also super clean and I felt safe at all times! Would 100% go back when visiting Antigua. If I could give this resort more than 5 stars I would.”
