“Overall the stay was very nice. There was a small issue with the A/C which the host discovered (from remote NEST access) and the repair was done the next morning already - Thank you! The initial notification with the check-in information did not get through (I wonder if that's an issue with VRBO, because that happened the second time to us) The location is not the nicest area of Athens (that would likely be south of the city center), but it close to the center. Thanks a lot!”

“This is a great cottage for a visit to UGA. It’s about 15-20 minutes to downtown Athens/campus but an easy straight shot down the Atl hwy. Cottage is cute, clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay! Will definitely stay here again!”

“The stay was great. The location was amazing as it is literally across the street from campus and right by the restaurants and bars downtown. I was worried that it might be loud at night but it wasn’t that bad. Would definitely stay again. It’s a little pricey but worth it for such a close, convenient location. ”

“The house was exactly as pictured! We loved the set up and my family of 5 had plenty of room to hang out in. The kitchen had everything I needed as well. My bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby! The neighborhood was quiet and I felt extremely safe. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to any of my questions. Next time we come to Athens I will definitely come again.”

The home was very clean and well taken care of and in a convenient location.Todd was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay again next time we’re in town.”

“Boy was I surprised! Remodeled cottage with nice furnishings and great location. Well stocked kitchen (although I wasn’t there long enough to enjoy it except for a cup of tea!). House has a lot of history and new owner definitely put a lot of thought into the remodel. Highly recommend. If back in Athens, I will stay here again.”
