We were in the area for a larger family event and the whole week was overshadowed by the need to be dealing with the poor provision and the stress of unhelpful contact with the agency.No welcome pack No instructions so within a couple of hours we had to phone VRBO.There were damp marks on the ceiling. A bedroom door was broken and splintered. The garden was derelict. The kitchen had insufficient provision eg 3 forks and 5 mugs (for 6 people), no……
