“ Very responsive host - we requested additional pillows (there were only decorative pillows on one bed, and no pillows in the closet for the air mattress), lamps (only one lamp in all of the 4 bedrooms, and quite a few kitchen tools (whisk, 1 cup, 1 tsp, food storage containers). Items arrived on the porch. We recommend that the owner get some rugs as the tile isn’t very hospitable. I wonder if the owner has ever stayed the night in their own rental? They might find it nice to have lamps/alarm……

“We booked this place last minute and truly wanted to enjoy our stay, but it ended up being stressful from the start. “Hello, I wanted to share some concerns about my recent stay and request your help in reviewing whether a partial refund might be appropriate. When I checked in, I asked if it would be possible to place my room on the same floor as another family member staying at the hotel. I was told that because my reservation was booked through Expedia and listed as a private room, the hotel was unable to make any adjustments and that I would need to contact the host through the booking platform if I needed……
