“Stayed here a couple of times and I dig the spot”

“Full kitchen but no utensils or dishes. Safe for solo female traveler, no issues with vehicle safety in the lot. They do allow pets so it smelled a little like dogs, but the room was clean.”

“It was very quiet and peaceful.”

“Amazing, functional, comfortable and awesome tiny home. Highly recommend!”

“We absolutely loved it! Perfect for us and our 3 kids. Very nice and clean! Easy check in and check out process and very private.”

“Great spot, everything you would want!”

“Online it shows the hotel has a pool, but according to the staff they haven’t had a pool for years. Obviously disappointing If children are expecting to swim on a hot summer day. The room was clean. And the Price was inexpensive.”

“Huge fan in the lobby for air but it Smelled of cigarette smoke. The room was seedy with stuff splatted on the walls. Loud fan in bathroom and bot enough light. The toulet didnt flush every day I went to the front desk about it. Unfortunately it wasnt resolved!!”

“You really have to read the fine print. I showed up late without having the codes. I had to sit outside and upload my card and ID. Maybe it was me, I never got the message that couldn’t make a reservation and show up. When I finally got in, the parking situation was poor. A large truck blocked the ability to get in and out. Frustrating. It’s a very nice hotel/room. But the situation is odd. Also, the rooms are not sound insulated from each other. It took forever for my neighbors to go to……

“Pool closed for the Season. ”

“My partner and I booked pretty last minute after staying in a disaster budget hotel and this place was a godsend. The parking lot has plenty of space and if you're nervous about the narrow driveway, there's plenty of street parking. I booked through a third party and I think that's why I had issues with check-in - the info is supposed to unlock once you're within check-in time and complete the pre-check-in survey, but it didn't unlock for me - however I emailed the owner and got it sorted out……

“Property was booked when I arrived and I had no room then got the run around when I tried to reach hist for a refund, still haven't received it”

“Highly recommend. Nice cozy home with plenty of activities for the kids. If ever in area again will definitely book”

“Great, safe house in a nice location. Host is very pleasant and responsive. I would stay there again.”

“The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. ”
