“Loved staying there. Sherri was Absolutely Fantastic. The place was very clean, everything we needed was there. The whole town was awesome- lots of stuff to do. Will come back Next year.”

“Browns Bay was a great stay for our family of 6. We have 4 younger kids and the setup was perfect and the location was great too. The only thing we noticed was the smell when we arrived, almost a smoker smell but we were able to get some fresh air in and air it out. The unit was very quiet and even had sound machines in each room.We would stay here again.”

“The property was fine. We new the size going in. The neighbors who shared a outside living space we're partying all night long leaving huge messes and taking up all the outside living chairs. We almost left after the first night because of the neighbors!”

“We had an amazing time, with great views. The condo had all the necessities and Janel was great to work with and very responsive. We hope to be back next year!”

“Great location! Super clean & nice place to stay.”

“Very nice property. Friendly owners. Enjoyed our family time in Okoboji.”

“The property is delightful. The management company, once on site not helpful. Property advertised free WiFi. WiFi management company told us to connect to didn’t exist. Reached out to management company while on site, never heard back. I was not able to access the Internet the entire time we were at the property.”

“We had a wonderful stay! Everything was extremely clean, organized, and well taken care of. There were so many activities and amenities included with our stay, which made the experience even better! It was clear that a lot of thought and effort went into making the place comfortable and enjoyable for guests. We had such a great time and would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!Even our dog had fun!”

“Dan and Kristi have a great condo, kitchen was well supplied, beds slept well, were easy to work with, and the view of the lake from the deck is amazing.”

“Great location, very clean, wonderful layout, including a beautiful view of the lake from almost every window, including the large deck!”

“Sherri is awesome to work with and always very accommodating. We make our annual trip to Iowa with our large family and the staycation cabin worked perfect for us.”
