Einfach schön !

Unser Aufenthalt war ganz fantastisch ! Von der Begrüßung bis zur Abreise hat alles reibungslos geklappt und dank der sehr sympathischen Vermieter haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist sauber und gemütlich und der Blick über den Hafen und den Strand von Los Cristianos aufs Meer hinaus - einfach unschlagbar !!! Immer wieder gerne und sehr zu empfehlen!

Fabulous stay in Los Cristianos

First class stay in spotless apartment. View and location on the harbour were superb. Fabio is very professional with prompt communication and extremely helpful. We would love to return to Los Cristianos and the apartment.

This property was lovely to stay in, has a wonderful view and very close to the beach.

We had a lovely stay here - we liked that it was close to a big supermarket and the bus station so we were able to explore other areas of the island. There are lots of excursions that take place nearby and lots of restaurants.

lovely apartment

The owners son, Davide, met us and explained how things worked in the apartment. Very well equiped with beautiful views and close to beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our holiday and will go again.

Brilliant views

A very lovely apartment over looking the harbour and beach. Really enjoyed our stay,bars and restaurants close by. Fabio met us and really made us welcome. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location with stunning view!

We really really enjoyed staying for our week in December, especially as the weather was unusually warm for the time of year. The apartment had everything we could ask for plus of course the view and would thoroughly recommend staying here. Fabio and his son Davide were perfect hosts who due to a late flight change kept our luggage till later in the day, thank you both for that it was much appreciated. We were sorry to leave to come back to storms in the UK but who knows maybe return next year!

Great location, great service, great views

We had a really great holiday. The apartment is clean and well equipped and with a comfortable bed! It’s in a great location close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. Fabio’s service was fantastic and I will definitely book the apartment again.

Great view overlooking the harbour, shops, restaurants close by, bus station 10 mins walk away. Everything we needed in the apartment. No longer got fast internet but it works ok.

Perfect apartment brilliant location

Apartment is 6th Floor with amazing views over Los Cristianos Harbour. Perfect location for Los Cristianos beach and old town which are only 5 minutes walk. Apartment is well equipped and spotlessly clean. We stayed for two weeks and had eveything we needed. Special mention goes to Fabio the owner who met us on arrival and departure. So friendly and helpful defitintly made our stay special.We are regular visitors to Tenerife and this is one if the best apartments we've stayed in We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Thanks Fabio.

Truly Excellent !!

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this super apartment, just as it's 5 Star Rating suggests. We had a flow of messages leading up to our stay - answering any queries promptly. We were greeted on arrival by Fabio and shown around the apartment, and given full instructions on how to operate items. The Apartment was immaculate, with all items needed for our weeks' stay - including hairdryer, iron, towels ect. The Apartment is on the 6th floor of a quiet residential block, there are 2 lifts, it is quiet, spotless, friendly & easily accessible. The view from the Apartment was Magnificent, overlooking the Harbour & Beachfront. Also, within walking distance from the main Restaurant's and Shopping area of Los Cristianos - situated within the best location. During our stay Fabio messaged with local information - which was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for Fabio, as he really wants to make you welcome and give you the best possible experience. We will definitely return to this fabulous apartment. And a Huge thank you to Fabio.

As it says in the advert this property really is a little gem.Superbly located in central Los Cristianos,with great views of the beach and Port.Fabio and his son Davide were perfect hosts,during our 1month stay.If you are lucky enough to book this apartment you will not be disappointed. Fantastic location & Amazing views!!

We couldn’t have a better stay in Fabio’s apartment. It is has everything you need for a comfortable holiday and it remains only few meters away from the promenade and Los Cristianos beach. The residential complex has a nice and sunny pool area, a private parking and most important it’s really quite! Fabio couldn’t be a better host. We will definitely come back!

Good location, great view, excellent hosts.

My wife and I spent 5 days (Dec. 12 - 17, 2017) at this property and were very impressed. It all started with our arrival, the owners son, Davide (Fabio was ill), was waiting for us outside the building and directed us to the gated private parking area for our rental car. He then took to the apartment and showed us everything we needed to know. The property was well stocked and even had 2 cold beers waiting for us in the fridge! Nice touch. Davide gave us a good idea about the local area for groceries, restaurants, bars and directions to the beach. Later that day he sent us a couple of detailed messages via WhatsApp (this smartphone app really helps with communications) about places to visit in Tenerife and recommended restaurants (Sapori Ristorante was one of the highlights of our trip). The apartments location is only a couple blocks from the beach and you have a fantastic view of the harbour. It's an easy walk to the beach, or you can catch some rays next to the pool. The pool was not busy at all while we were there, although it's not heated and a bit cool for swimming. The only down side to our visit was we found it a bit noisy, especially from the garbage and recycling trucks in the morning. Not much the owners can do about that though, you might want to pack some ear plugs.

It is a little gem

It was exactly as advertised, really nice and clean apartment with a really good view in a ideal location to be near everything. The owner Fabio was always available to answer any questions, very helpful and even meets you on arrival to show you around, really nice person. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

A well located, well equipped apartment with great views.

This is the nicest apartment that we have stayed in in Los Cristianos. It is really close to the promenade with shops and cafes, and just a few minutes from a lovely beach. Being on the sixth floor with a 'juliet balcony' and sliding 'patio doors' we could have just sat and watched the world. The well equipped 'kitchen' (along one side of the lounge/diner) included a cooker, m'wave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer, and a good selection of plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery etc. If I was being really fussy I would like to have larger glasses for the lager that was kindly left in the fridge. The apartment building even has its own drinking water refill system so once you've bought your first 5 litres you can get refills for just 10c/ltr. We enjoyed the beach (and made good use of the sun-umbrella that was in the cupboard) and walks along the promenade. There were lots of outings to choose from but as this was our sixth visit we decided to chill-out and stay local. Access to the apartment from the airport is really easy. There is a frequent fast bus service from the South Airport to Los Cris, and Fabio met us at the bus station with his car. A much appreciated gesture although the apartment is less than 10 minutes walk away. This also meant that it was easy to get back to airport at the end of the holiday. The bus fare is less than €4.

Great location and brilliant view of the harbour

We recently stayed at this flat for 2 weeks, I would totally recommend staying here. The owner Fabio kindly met us at the bus station and showed us around the flat. The flat was spotless and had everything you would need to make your stay as homely as possible. After a long journey, the cold water and beer that Fabio had left in the fridge was thoughtful and very much appreciated. We will definitely be back here next year!

Siamo stati ospiti del Sig. Fabio in questo alloggio veramente carino e confortevole. Comodo perchè vicinissimo alle zone con locali e attrazioni ma abbastanza distante per risultare molto tranquillo. Vista splendida sull'oceano! Appartamento confortevole e dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Un grande grazie a Fabio che ci ha dato tanti suggerimenti per località da visitare e ristoranti dove mangiare benissimo ed a prezzo contenuto. Vacanza da ricordare con piacere e che consiglio.

Amazing location and unforgettable ocean view!!

We stayed at Fabio's apartment for a week and we had a great time. The apartment was spotless and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The safe, a speedy Wi-Fi connection and more than 20 U.K. TV channels were just icing on the cake! The ocean view is just amazing!! The residential complex which has a strategic location (only 50 meters away from the promenade) is really quite, clean and well maintained. The sunny pool area has been totally renovated and it is plenty of free sun loungers. Fabio received us with a warm welcome and he just made us feel like real friends..he also gave us a lots of tips for restaurants, places to visit and things to do..we certainly come back in the future as it is the best apartment we ever stayed in Los Cristianos! Fabio, thanks again for everything!

Lovely property, plus a very helpful owner

Spent 2 Weeks in the apartment which us really lively, clean and bright,. The views are fantastic it was lovely to sit and watch the Ferries coming back & forth, the beach and shops are a stone throw away. The apartment block his kept really tidy also the pool area , fantastic pool . We would recommend this apartment. We would like to thank Fabio for meeting us at the bus station when we arrived. Superb vista of Los Cristianos

The apartment was spacious, well equipped, bright and airy with fantastic views of the harbour and the resort. Well situated as only a couple of minutes walk to the promenade and the beach. Would strongly recommend.

Modern clean apartment with a lovely view and close to everything

Fabio the owner goes the extra mile to accomodate his guests and we enjoyed our stay. The apartment is kitted out with all you need inc a washing machine so in future we would only need to take hand luggage. Its modern and close to all amenities with a lovely view of the port The swimming pool has been refurbished and is in pristine condition as is the area around it with plenty of sun-beds to use
