Ideally located near the two famous squares of Arras, this accommodation extending over two floors offers on the ground floor a large living room with dining room for 4 people, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen which is followed by a first room bathroom with shower. Upstairs, two double bedrooms, one with a desk area and TV, and one with an adjacent bathroom with shower, complete this comfortable and central setting. We are available through Airbnb messaging. Rue du Presbytère Saint-Nicolas is a true haven of charm in the heart of Arras, a stone's throw from the Grand' Place and the Belfry. This central district, where history mixes with daily life, is the ideal place to discover the cultural and architectural richness of the city. Stroll along the picturesque streets, discover the local shops, and enjoy the bustle of the famous nearby squares. Here, everything is within reach, offering a dynamic and authentic living environment, perfect for soaking up the Arrageois atmosphere. Bus and shuttle stops (free) are nearby. The accommodation is very close to the train station. A parking space is included in the accommodation. Parking is paid on the street and on the Grand Place, which is a stone's throw from the accommodation, and which has underground parking (also paying). Throughout Arras, parking is free between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m., from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m. and all Sundays. You also benefit from the first hour free if you choose paid parking. The closest free car parks are the Crinchon or Bergaigne car parks. Free parking space for your stay. This is the Grand Place underground car park, 100 m from the accommodation. This is secure and accessible by elevator. Bed and bath linen provided. The accommodation has RG45 sockets in each room to facilitate teleworking, Very High Speed Internet.
