“I really enjoyed staying at this property. It overlooks the outskirts of Rome and consists of a rebuilt old farm. The staff was super and breakfast great. I never did use their restaurant, but from what I hear that too would have been excellent. Recommend.”

“Very cozy room and friendly staffs. The breakfast is no fancy but essential and sufficient. Just one small thing: The room is equipped with stoves, with pot, cups and spoons, which is nice but surprisingly, no kettle! Luckily we can go to the canteen for hot water to make tea and coffee. The free parking venue is a plus. Supermarket is close by. Overall, I will recommend this place for someone come with car.”

“Here’s a polished 5-star review you can post:I had an excellent stay in Rome! The host’s communication was outstanding from start to finish—always responsive, helpful, and willing to answer any questions. One of the highlights was the custom maps he created of the city. They were incredibly accurate and made exploring Rome easy and enjoyable. The location of the home is perfect, with convenient access to all the major attractions, restaurants, and neighborhoods that make Rome so special. The home……

“Nice and new renovated rooms. We were lucky enough to be able to check in one hour early, tho initially told this was not possible. I also lost my jacket at reception, which the staff were kind enough to hold onto and return to me. The property does has an elevator. But you can barely fit one person and luggage. The reception is on level 3 and rooms level 4. Also I would advise against using a car service through the hotel. We stayed there as it was close to our coming and going by train. We……

“Ideal location, a short walk to the metro stop and tram. Out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre, felt like being a local. Check in was smooth with great instructions, apartment was pretty clean with lots of useful amenities between the room and the common area. We struggled with the hot water in the shower, it took about 20mins to warm up so ended up with a few cold showers. The walls between the rooms are quite thin so it's important to be respectful and relatively quiet for your……
