“Very convenient to grocery store, gas station, ATM and gasoline. Could walk to all of them. This was my first time visiting Missouri and Kathy made my trip and stay great. I would recommend her place to stay and hope to return. ”

“The air conditioning didn’t work right and room was not cool. The beds were terrible to sleep on. The pool room for swimming was so hot you couldn’t stay in there to swim. The pool water was not the cleanest. Breakfast was horrible! The food was cold and the sausage was still frozen. It was not fit to eat. I will never stay there again”

“The only issue I found was not with the property directly, there were so many people hanging out smoking the green, which is legal in the state, just not my thing and wished it didn’t smell so strongly at the entrances and some of the neighbors. Otherwise the property and staff were amazing.”
