“Worst customer service, elevator wasn’t working and staff Noorah was very rude. We requested bedsheets and blankets for my sick son, and called 4 times , then went downstairs at 9pm and front desk told me they are too busy and don’t have time. I kept calling from 7:30-11:30pm , and finally gave up. worst management and service.
We travel a lot and never had this issue from Hilton.”

“The home is absolutely beautiful and pristine, as was the decor. Amenities were above and beyond. The outside grounds were beautifully landscaped and the patio furniture was comfortable and lent itself to the gorgeous views. I would highly recommend staying here. If we visit Leesburg again, we will definitely stay here.”
