"Our room was a ground floor Deluxe room lake view with balcony as we took our dog with us. The balconies to these rooms are not individual to each room, it is a wrap around walkway, which is lovely, but not secure if you take a dog. There is no air conditioning in the rooms only a fan was provided. ..."

"Awful experience staying here. It was a hot day, we were on the second floor and the room was sweltering and even though they did give us a fan, the fact that the sun was in the room all day and the windows did not open with no air con, we sweltered all night, no one slept. "ich war enttäuscht von dieser Unterkunft, da sehr viele, sehr gute Bewertungen vorlagen, waren meine Erwartungen hoch. Die Lage ist top. Am Ende eines Dorfes, direkter Zugang zum Wanderweg, drei Minuten zu Fuss zu einem netten Pub mit sehr gutem Essen. Die Unterkunft ist eigenwillig eingerichtet. ..."

"Nice location but terrible value, not a luxury place at all - they skimp on details. We had almost no interaction with the staff, and they didn't refresh our room, which would be fine but, e.g. there are only two coffee cups, no spare towels. Why am I paying this price and have to wash my own coffee ..."

"第二次入住，床褥需較軟，但亦比想像中舒服冇腰酸。由於熱浪尾聲，空內很悶熱，窗因保安關係只能開三、四吋。好彩有風扇，否則夜晚完全瞓唔到。淋浴缸去水位有淤塞現象，沖涼時唔方便。 位置非常好，行兩分鐘已到大街。房間內五臟俱全，方便，客服email 回覆快，亦好友善，整體而言highly recommend 👍"
