“Room is in a good location for skiing that’s probably its one decent attribute. Our entry code didn’t work and property staff saved us by giving us another code after they found me sitting in the hallway very frustrated. Owner didn’t return my call for an hour and a half with just an apology for the inconvenience. No mention of any compensation for our trouble which would have been appreciated. We were there in July and with no air conditioning, 5th floor/west facing room, one small window and……

“We had a fantastic stay at this lovely 1 bed condo. We were so comfortable and the kitchenette with cooktop and microwave was perfect for prepping breakfast and dinner. There are also a couple of great places to eat a few minutes walk away in the resort plaza. The chairlifts are a 5 minute walk and there is complimentary ski check for for guests of this condo. The mountain has amazing terrain and high speed lifts. And the pool and hot tub were a great spot to relax at the end of a fantastic day……

“Great location to downtown Aspen. Parking was easy and close. Ali was a wonderful host and was quick to answer questions. The unit was clean and well cared for. The only downside was the lack of AC, which we were aware of. Fans provided help, but the windows did not provide much relief. Highly recommend!”

“My only issue was the internet available was very inconsistent. Sometimes it would work and other times it would not. Frustrating if trying to do work. ”

“The facility was clean. Parking was easy. The host was very communicative to our needs and the location was just right, in between the town of Crescent Butte and the mountain top. We went to a wedding in the summer at the top of the mountain. Again location location location perfect.”

“Very comfortable unit which was very clean. Bedding was comfortable and nice view of the mountains. Host communication was exceptional and very helpful. Well equipped kitchen. Built in 1981 so a little dated especially the toilets which are more suited for shorter folks. Carpet was nice but could use some stain removal, but overall, a nice place to stay.”

“Great place to stay close to downtown Aspen. The unit was in a private, secure, and quiet location. The unit was spacious and very clean. The host was very accommodating and quick to reply to questions. Perfect location for shopping and walking in the park.”

“Great condo near Mount CB with cool ski decor! Hosts were fantastic - provided 4th of July schedule and lawn chairs so we could watch live music at the mountain. Would definitely come back!”

“Perfect location - we walked everywhere and enjoyed being so close to town. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more and condo looked brand new when we checked it. We had a wonderful stay and will be back next year!”
