“We did not receive an email with check-in instructions, such as the room information and access codes, in advance, so I had to contact the property. It would have been helpful if they had sent us a property map beforehand. We had to visit several buildings to find ours. Fortunately, the phone number was not an automated system, and a staff member answered right away and provided the room information. However, I still never received the email. Other than that, everything was good. The unit was……

“Everything went well. Host very accommodating. All amenities were accurate as described. Constuctive feedback: Could use some new sauté pans. Non-stick coating as begun to peel off. Don’t know how healthy those particles are? If u do invest in new pans, I would suggest some non metal utensils including spoon and spatula. This will also make the life of your pans last longer.”

The host provided such organized and thorough instructions regarding the parking garage access, the key cards, and even insights on local spots to try out. The home was clean, and had all the necessary amenities that our family needed. We stayed here for several nights and our little ones enjoyed their time so much. “A fantastic location, a wonderful stylish room, and a beautiful cottage. The owner was also very courteous and communicative. Everything should have been perfect. Unfortunately, the major problem was the indifferent and unhelpful attitude of the cottage front desk and call center. After checking out and leaving the property, we realized that our child had left jackets in the closet. We immediately tried to go back inside to retrieve it, but that turned out to be impossible. The front desk……

阿斯彭斯普林斯热门酒店点评

莱姆莱特猛犸

莱姆莱特猛犸

10/10 优秀
"This was by far the most comfortable stay of my trip. Check-in was a breeze and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Both the room and the bathroom were very spacious and spotlessly clean. The room featured a sofa, a large table, and a convenient kitchenette with a microwave, basic tableware, and a sink—making it super easy to heat up food when you get hungry. The resort fee included breakfast, which was varied, delicious, and surprisingly great by US standards. The only minor downside was that parking was valet-only. Although the service was great and included in-and-out privileges, it’s still slightly less convenient than self-parking. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would definitely consider staying here again."
