“Clean room. Location. Friendly Staff.”

“The property has been well used, the furniture is broken and needs replacing. The television did not work, the dishwasher did not clean the dishes and the coffee maker had parts from other machines. The walls and floors were banged up, and the counter tops were chipped. Overall the property requires some much needed maintenance.”

“Great location. Cute penthouse.. if you’re tall watch out for the beams.”

“Great apartment in a fantastic location. Everything is within walking distance or short bus ride ”

“The apartment is in a great location in the center of town. It's a nice size with all the needed amenities. Being in the center of town it is not quiet - the neighbors coming and going are very loud, and the street noise on the weekend is significant, to the point of waking people up (and I am a deep sleeper). Also, parking options are not very good, and is quite expensive. The main issue is the poor communication. This apartment is being run by a property management company, not an owner.……

Kommen gerne wieder :-)”
