"Perhaps the best hotel we have ever visited. The personal onsen baths are amazing with a magnificent view of the bay. The room itself was expansive and beautiful. All drinks in the fridge are free. Breakfast is excellent . The staff is A+++ and very accommodating. The happy hour with free unlimited drinks is a nice perk. One caveat— checkin starts at 3 p.m. and not a minute sooner."

"We enjoyed our stay. It’s clean and modern. The open bar is a great addition. The only complaint we have is that laundry machine is terrible. Our clothes got stained from the machine and they were not dry at all. We ended up carrying wet clothes to the laundromat nearby. The hotel is about 20 minutes to Atami Station, but many uphills. We called Uber when we have luggage with us. Onsen is great and it’s tattoo friendly."
