Great room, good size Suite with all the facilities. Everything inside hotel was amazing; area around the hotel not so much. Had a lovely experience and the breakfast buffet is fantastic with a lot of selections.

Good clean hotel and rooms. Breakfast range of options good, however staff at hot food counter not very friendly and it took up to 10mins to refill finished items e.g. baked beans. Rooftop pool is nice with a great view of the acropolis, however sun loungers are limited. A few things weren't working correctly e.g. safe, shower water not draining, however these were addressed on the same day of reporting.

Really lovely hotel with an excellent pool which was a life saver in the heat. The hotel is modern and very well maintained. It is not in the best area of Athens but had a bus to take you there and was near several metros.

We stayed here as a family with two children and overall good. The room was ok, the staff were very helpful, and the 24/7 reception was a big plus. The buffet breakfast with great variety The downside was the surrounding neighborhood. We didn't feel comfortable walking outside at night, so we relied on Uber for all our evening trips. The swimming pool has a lovely view, but it is quite outdated. Many of the sun loungers were damaged with holes, and there were only a few available, which wasn't enough for 10 people.

Stayed at Novotel Athens recently and overall it was an average experience. The location is fine. Walkable to metro stations, which made getting around easy, though it felt a little unsafe after dark. Breakfast was extremely busy, often with nowhere to sit, and the food itself was just ok, nothing special. The pool was small and packed with kids, some using flippers and pool toys, which made it hard to actually relax and enjoy. Being a large hotel, noise was an issue too. You could hear other guests both at night and in the morning. For the price they charge, I expected a bit more overall.
