"Property is located on a very nice, quiet, and safe residential street, but is very close (5 minute walk) to a nice selection of casual restaurants, coffee shops, and food markets. My daughter and I found it to be a wonderful choice for visits to Stanford and the Palo Alto area. The property is very clean and well outfitted for a visit for several people who need to work while they visit the Stanford / Palo Alto area. "

"I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy...

"I was in San Jose for a week for a work conference and stayed here instead of a hotel downtown. Such a good decision. Really great property in a fantastic neighborhood. Planning on doing the same thing next year!"
