"As always, the staff of this hotel are wonderful. My only complaint is that the hotel is in need of some upgrades to the property itself. While the rooms are clean, the rooms themselves are tired and worn out. The bathrooms had a lot of problems with loose tiles, damaged flooring, and furniture that is chipped and peeling."

"Awesome stay! The staff was friendly, and the hotel itself is truly a piece of art. The room was clean and comfortable, and there were so many food options to choose from. I loved the convenience of being able to walk through the bridge connection to access restaurants and other options, whether coming from the street or from the hotel. Overall, a great experience!"

"Outdoor pool - was closed, a shame the advert on Expedia hadn’t been updated as it was a key driver in us booking that hotel. They offered the usage of another hotel, but it wasn’t convenient and a bit of a hassle. Room cleanliness, they only offered a day on day off service for cleaning the room/ emptying bins etc, which was a bit strange, even more so when standard facilities in bathroom were not available. When I dropped something under the bed, utterly disgusting and clearly has never been hoovered."
