Washer/dryer available on the 2nd floor on the building if you need it. Bedding includes 1 King, 1 Full, 1 Twin, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. While it is close to downtown Atlantic Beach shopping and restaurants, it is off the beaten path to allow for privacy. With a private beach access, you are minutes away from the beach! If you chose to eat out, this condo is a short drive away from many great restaurants! Choose a day spent lounging around the pool or playing in the refreshing water while the kids enjoy their own kiddie pool. Guests can also enjoy the laundry facility, located on the first floor of each building.
