“Room ac not working , got sick with filter grosly dirty. Reception staff needs to remember that we are paying customers and should not leave us waiting when we need their help. Restaurant moved to room where you can’t see the pool area . Staff does not even know how to make 2 fried eggs. Will not be coming back ever again after 40 years of loving the place.”

“we travel from Bogota sonesta to Barranquilla sonesta, when we arrive, the lobby is good, room is good, but we can smell something like mildew, but not so strong. The location is at the north part of the city, 15 minutes walking to the mall, there is a asia bar at the lobby but only open after 4pm, they have good sushi. there is also an Italian restaurant in the same building of the hotel, right in front of Subway, food there is really nice too. If you want to try Chinese food in Brranquilla,……
