“Good stay”

“Staff was amazing the room was spacious and clean pool was a nice space if I have to say anything negative it was the bed and pillows they were not good very uncomfortable mattresse hard pillows were thin”

“I liked the room, it had the coffee maker, and a fridge, it also had a microwave very convenient all. It was clean, though our room had a smell like humidity, my husband said it could of been the ac. The breakfast was great, they had more options than other hotels that we've gone to.”

“Over all the hotel was clean, good breakfast and in a great location. My complaint is that we booked through Expedia and paid before we arrived. They asked us to put a card on file for the security deposit. Without telling us we were charged at the time of adding the card during check in and again at check out. I was over charged for my stay by $430. We spent hours on the phone with the hotel and Expedia being told the manger was either on her way to the hotel and would call us when she arrived……

“OMG.. The mattress pad was stain real bad throughout look like wet piss that had set up and dried not only was it on the mattress pad It was also on the mattress as well..The bathroom was not clean properly there was a dirty towel left from the previous guest hanging across the shampoo and the conditioner, the bathtub was not clean at all there is mildew in the ceiling over the tub.. I had to go to Walmart and buy some cleaning supplies. housekeeper department does even deserve a half a star……
