"Accueil et communication avec le propriétaire efficace. Sur place arrivée et départ nickel. L'appartement est suffisant pour 4 et surtout très bien équipé. La résidence est calme et la piscine super entretenue. Nous avons trouvé les gens très respectueux (pas de bruit le soir, comportement à la piscine) au sein de cette résidence de vacances très familiale où les règles sont clairement données par le propriétaire. Le canapé lit est parfait pour des enfants car ils ont chacun un couchage. "

"Apartment is better than the pictures. Located in village center, very convenient. Very functional living room & kitchen - super important when you are in such a little village in winter, as all restaurants were closed by 8pm. You need to cook! Well equipped. Only thing missing, to my view, is a dish washer. It would be so much nicer if we did not have to wash everything by hands. "This was a one night stay for a short visit to the region for family reasons. There was nobody around on arrival. The restaurant was closed.There was a handwritten message stuck to the inside of the window explaining how to get to our room. The key was in the door. I needed to use the Wi-Fi during my stay but wasn’t informed what the password was and there was nobody around to ask. On leaving the restaurant was open and there was somebody there to take the key. Service was very poor, but I guess you get what you pay for."

"There is no question about this small resort it is absolutely astonishing with the surrounding scenery. It just stunning! Beautiful lake and surrounding area with plenty of other breathtaking places to visit. However the lodge we had did have a problem with hot water when we first arrived but was quickly resolved. The main issue was our cabin ( it had extremely creaky floors!) this wasn’t a problem in itself. However if you had to get up during the night you’d wake up the other people you are staying with. Additionally communication with staff was difficult due to the language barrier when trying to sort problems out with the staff however they were very patient and polite. They had plenty of activities to do on site. One thing I would offer that’s not provided is basic amenities such as tea and coffee especially if you’ve travelled a long way to the site (even if you paid extra for it) otherwise very clean and tidy accommodation and again absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! "

"Love this place and the house but the beds are too firm. If the beds were softer then it would be a solid 10/10 the pool hasn’t been available when we have been in April and October. Hot tub is in property next door and needs to be booked in advance at an extra 95. Nearest shop is 20 mins drive. But fantastic house, area and amenities. Merci beaucoup Valerie eat Jackques"
