“I was hesitant to book based on prior reviews of noise but I didn't find that to be an issue at all. The property was nice and our room on the 300 (top) level was as quiet as a multi-unit in a city can be. The building is in a great location. We spent days just walking around and exploring downtown Denver. There were tons of restaurants, bars, breweries, and fun in easy walking access. ”

“Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though. When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. The owner quickly replaced these items the next day with new items from the store. Half of the lightbulbs……
