Charming home located in the heart of Pemberton Heights/Tarrytown and minutes to downtown ATX, UT, + Lake Austin. The floor plan offers a gourmet kitchen open to the den with a large TV and cozy fireplace. Glass doors welcome you to a covered deck with outdoor TV, a gas grill, and a hot tub that overlooks the turfed backyard and firepit: beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, 2 living areas, large kitchen island, and bar, + breakfast area and a dining room. The house has been totally updated and stylishly furnished with modern finishes. Features include 2 gig internet, gas grill, and outdoor fire pit. Walking distance to Pease Park, Tiny Boxwoods, shops, and restaurants, and a short 5-minute drive to downtown ATX and Lady Bird Lake. Perfect for SXSW and ACL visitors.

Favorite rental house of all times

This house is amazing! Such a perfect location, and the house is stunning and luxurious. The owners have thought of everything, making our stay the perfect weekend. We loved spending time with our family in the huge backyard, and had tons of room to spread out indoors as well. We have rented numerous VRBO homes, and this one is definitely our favorite!

Great Location!

Came to Austin to visit our grown daughters. Could not have asked for anything better than this place. Lovely finish out and furnishings. Well-stocked spice rack and essentials. The hot tub was clean and warm on arrival. Plenty of linens and paper products. Adorable back yard. We would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful house, close in neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay! This house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It actually feels bigger than it is because it is so well designed. it has a gorgeous backyard with fire pit, hot tub and outdoor tv. Normally, I wouldn’t get in someone else’s hot tub, but this is professionally cleaned every week. Would highly recommend!
