The View at No 10 - Aviemore

Located in Aviemore the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, this inviting apartment is perfect for couples, friends or a family. Offering activities and sightseeing opportunities for all ages, including water sports at Loch Insch (10 miles) and Loch Morlich (7.5 miles), snowsports on Cairngorm Mountain (11.5 miles), wildlife watching around Lochan Eilein and Rothiemurchus Estate (5 miles), and fantastic high and low-level walking and cycling routes across the area. There is so much to do here that you will want to return. The stunning Loch Morlich and Green Lochan (8.5 miles) at Glenmore are a favourite for most visitors. The village has many places to eat out and many retail stores to look around. It also welcomes the Harley Davidson Rally at the end of August each year which is by far the biggest event of the year in the area. Lots of Highland Games and events are also held throughout many neighbouring villages during the summer months.
This large contemporary apartment (85 sq mtr) has plenty of eco-credentials having just been awarded the Silver Award in Green Tourism. Located on the second floor of this two-storey building and accessed via a shared entrance hallway and a stairwell. Once inside the apartment, you'll be met with a welcoming hallway, with plenty of room to leave your coats and shoes. From here you will enter a larger hallway leading to the bathroom, lounge/kitchen/dining and the bedrooms. The fabulous open-plan living space offers stunning picture window views up to the Cairngorms with comfortable seating to sit, read or relax listen to music and enjoy each other’s company. Cleverly divided to create a generous well-equipped kitchen area, a lounge with comfortable seating and Smart TV, plus a dining table and chairs. This room is light and bright thanks to the lounge patio doors with Juliet balconies. There are two lovely bedrooms, both also with stunning views to choose from, a fabulous king-size with an en-suite shower room, and a twin, Completing the layout of the apartment is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Heading outside, there is a private parking area immediately in front of the flats with additional parking to the rear if required. The parking spaces are not numbered but there is always plenty of space. The area offers communal parkland with a children’s play area, there is a 9-hole and 18-hole golf course just 1 mile away.
